Advanced Functional Fitness
Advanced Functional Fitness (AFF) includes strength in six core strength movements, skills in gymnastics and other fitness areas, and high intensity training using a variety of movements, length of time and loads. Movements range from the basic body-weight movements to Olympic lifting, barbell as well as dumbbell. The focus is to improve general physical preparedness to handle any situation.
