The Class

Advanced Silver Functional Fitness is a class made available to our 50+ crowd. Trying to keep our active generation fit through exercises that will enhance their daily movements. The most essential exercises to strengthen are squats, lunges, and push ups. Abilities which need to stay functional are rowing, chopping, and hopping. The advanced silver functional fitness class will focus on these essentials. The class duration is usually 45 minutes to exclude warm up.
