The Class

Weightlifting class focuses on the Olympic lifts. The lifts are the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. The class focuses on safety and repetition. The lifts are further enhanced with strength skills and quick cardio routines. The classes are led by USA Weightlifting certified coaches.
