Youth (13-17) Functional Fitness
Youth (13-17) functional fitness classes include strength included strength in six core movements, gymnastics, mono structural skills, high intensity training, and a variety of other movements of distinct time and loads. The movements include using body weight and resistance lifting (weights). The barbell, dumbbell, as well as the kettle bell are used to improve strength and balance. The focus is to create an active youth full of confidence with the ability to handle most physical situations.
