Introduction

I am a CrossFit Level One Trainer. I began this journey to change my lifestyle and also help others with their fitness goals. Helping others and the happiness in their progress motivated me to become a trainer. Seeing others become the best of themselves physically and mentally by achieving their goals motivates me.

As a trainer, I want everyone to feel safe and comfortable with their workouts and to be able to give it their all. RX’ing doesn’t need to be met every workout. It is okay to modify your workout because in the long run it will make you a better athlete, have better form and perform better to where you get to that RX. When training, I want everyone to crushes their goals and achieve more than they thought they could.
